About the event
Join us for an guided elevated & interactive trail walk at Heritage Park!
We will meet at 10am at a designated location that will be emailed out the day before!
After introductions and explanations, we'll begin our walk!
We'll stop a couple times for rest as well for our journaling session and ending with breath work & meditation. Food & refreshments will be provided at the end of the walk :)
Recommendations:
- wear long pants and/or long socks. Wear a long sleeve or bring a light jacket.
- Closed toe shoes that you don't mind getting dirty
- A small bag to carry personal belongings (i.e fanny pack, string book bag)
- A water bottle (we'll have extra)
- Bug spray & sunscreen (we'll have extra)
- Consume consciously. Other people will be on the trail so be mindful of blowing smoke around other trail walkers.
- Hydrate & eat beforehand!
- Bring a friend but also come open minded to meet other beautiful people 🥰
